APPLICATION by Mr Ben Spike Munroe for COMMISSION AS A SHERIFF OFFICER NOTICE is hereby given that application has been made to the Sheriff Principal of South Strathclyde Dumfries and Galloway at Hamilton by Mr Ben Spike Munroe c/o Scott & Co, 279 Bath Street, Glasgow G2 4JL for a commission as a Sheriff Officer in the Sheriffdom of South Strathclyde, Dumfries and Galloway. The Sheriff Principal, by interlocutor dated 7 April 2025, ordered any person who wishes to object to the application of Mr Ben Spike Munroe to lodge answers thereto with the Secretary to the Sheriff Principal, Sheriff Court House, Beckford Street, Hamilton ML3 0BT within thirty days from the date of this notice.
